I spent all day calling around getting quotes from several companies, even at places I’ve done prior business with. Not only were all the quotes WAY out of budget, but everyone I spoke to was either rude, very short with me, or both. Most places would only offer 1-2 prices & battery/warranty options. Jessica & Amari at Advanced Auto Parts of Coconut Creek were the ONLY people who not only BEAT everyone else’s prices, they offered me 3-4 different battery & warranty options, but most importantly, they were INCREDIBLY kind & patient! They took pride in being helpful & you could tell, even just over the phone! I was also in & out in under 20mins which was so convenient! They also provided great client education as some of my questions were a little silly as I am NOT car-savvy at all!
