  My rental was insurance related and required some navigation of issues that popped up. Extremely nice service, very helpful staff and a reliable car. Will be my go to company when im traveling.

  Not a good experience today. Had a reservation for 9 am right when they opened and there was a line out the door. Short on vehicles and understaffed. Got to the counter at 935 to find out they gave away our car to someone who had a reservation at 8am and not sure why that’s even possible when they open at 9. Told us to come back at 10 and we’d be first in line just to try and give two other people the first two cars that got dropped off. Ended up having to wait until 11 to finally get an “upgraded” car for the inconvenience to a truck. How is that an upgrade when I’d be paying for it in gas. Branch manager DeAngilo is the only reason they will get 2 stars but everything else was horrible. Ended up leaving without a car because of a hidden $300 hold. We are now stuck in Florida and can’t get back home to Texas and having to miss work.

  Hello enterprise company I hate complain but I returned a car here In Cocoa I really don’t deal with cocoa but when I drop off the car who ever was cleaning the cars was driving like a madman speeding and at the time there was a good amount of customers there that’s very dangerous so I would hope the manager there will take care of this. Enterprise as a company ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I usually deal with Merritt Island but I had to drop off a car on Sunday. Merritt Island is always ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Hope cocoa can do better. ( I put a Five Star because I really like enterprise I just wanted to bring this to someone’s attention.

  I have rented cars from different companies and different enterprises for several of my businesses for years… however, this has to be the worst run enterprise I have ever experienced. They advertise times that you can pick up but they are closed and will lock you out. They say they have cars in stock but they don’t and then they stick you in a downgraded car and charge you the same price. I have been a customer at this specific location 8 times but they keep no record of you and will treat you differently every time. I’m not one to write several reviews but this is the 4th time one of the above mentioned issues has happened to me and now it is ruining Christmas plans. I would AVOID at all costs. Pathetic.

  Tevaul was super helpful and understanding today and could not have been more professional. Overall experience with Enterprise was great would definitely recommend to others.
