Giving them a one star is what I had to do, since there was no option for zero stars. My daughter went to the dealership in Cocoa Beach and she found a camper she liked but she wasn’t going to make any decisions right then so the guy told her she could just leave a $500 deposit, totally reimbursable just to lock that specific camper. He said she had 30 days if she changes her mind. She told him she can’t afford loosing that money if she changes her mind. He assured her she wouldn’t loose that money. Well a week later she called them to tell them she changed her mind cause she found one much more affordable and they told her they couldn’t give her the money back. She even spoke to the manager crying asking her to please give her back the money, but she refused. They didn’t loose any money by not selling that camper to her. They have plenty of money but took advantage of her (an average salary person) and took $500 from her without any care or sympathy. I definitely do NOT recommend using this company. They’re horribly cruel and will take advantage of anyone they can.

Christine worked with us to get us in for service and also coordinated getting us back on the road faster than the estimated service time. Christine and the technicians were extremely helpful and did an amazing job! As a matter of fact, the entire staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Camping World Cocoa Beach to everyone for service!!!

Went in and was sent to a young lady with a mouth piercing and black hair, no clue of her name. Told her I drove an hour and needed to purchase and take delivery of a unit today. Can we please go look at the toy units. She absolutely refused to show me inventory and kept attempting to do it on her computer. Repeatedly asked her if I could physically see the units and she refused until we just left to go elsewhere. Days later So now the manager won’t stop calling. Damage is done. Should’ve had proper people in place and trained how to treat customers, not just play in their computer and be lazy!!! All you care about is the review.
