  Used a $60 coupon and got my oil changed. Super friendly and nice. Easy to schedule online, although the scheduling was a little funky (when I booked for 9 AM, it came through in a confirmation message saying 1 PM, although the email confirmation did say the same at 9 AM. I liked how they provided pictures of things they checked and weren’t pushy about things they recommended.

  Tuffy’s was very good. They explained what had to be done and why. They replaced very effectively and kept me know informed. I would recommend going there if you want quality service for your car. The receptionist was very pleasant to speak to and efficient.

  I had a great experience at Tuffy Tire thanks to Eric. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He took the time to listen to what was going on with my car and explained everything clearly so I understood what needed to be done. What really stood out was how honest and patient he was throughout the whole process. Eric didn’t rush anything and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being done. It’s not always easy finding someone you can trust when it comes to car repairs, but he definitely made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. The service was efficient, the communication was great, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend asking for Eric. His professionalism, honesty, and customer service really make a difference.
