  The best place for a woman to go. It's not just the oil change , the employees care about the work they do and know the history of the vehicle and they do not pressure you but tell you what needs to be done when you have a good but old vehicle. My van is running so much better. They did an oil change, radiator flush, engine flush changed engine filter , it had never been changed. Some people just don't take care of there vehicles. I would recommend valvoline instant oil change to everyone. The price was right on target for the work they did on my van. They took me through it all. Clermont Florida . Great employees. Thank You All .

  Have gone to this location for years. And until recently they have been great. Recently they have become pushy and not honoring coupons. Pushy to the point of harassment. $87 for oil change to be berated by the staff. No thanks. Won’t be taking any of my 3 vehicles back to this location.

  Debs and Sergio were my techs and they were so pleasant and helpful. Debs was very knowledgeable about other things and she was a bright star at this location for being after Christmas! Thank you so much Debs and Sergio for such a great experience!

  I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but too much went wrong during my recent visit for me to stay silent. While the staff were friendly, the quality of service left a lot to be desired. To begin with, I requested new wiper blades. Instead of handling the installation with care, the technician used my car's hood as a work surface, placing tools and old parts directly on it. My car may not be freshly washed, but it still deserves to be treated with respect. It’s certainly not a beater. Secondly, no one asked me what PSI my tires should be filled to. They proceeded to add air on their own, inflating the tires to 45 PSI, which is far too high for my Mustang. By the time I reached a stoplight and the tires had warmed up, the pressure had increased to 51 PSI. That’s not just excessive, it’s dangerous. Most customers place not only their trust but also their safety in the hands of service technicians. Mistakes like this could easily lead to a serious incident. Lastly, while I understand that keeping a vehicle spotless isn’t essential, wiping the car with the same rag used to check the oil, and smearing oil across the paint, shows a concerning lack of care. I don’t mind a few fingerprints, but using an oil-stained cloth on the body of a car is unacceptable. Overall, the experience reflected a clear disregard for the customer’s vehicle. It’s disappointing, especially since I’ve been a returning customer for some time. Unfortunately, after this visit, I no longer feel confident bringing my car here.

  1st visit and I have to say I was shocked as past experiences at other quick oil change places have been a nightmare. Just after 8am on a Saturday, I was pulled right into the bay. Every single employee was kind, professional and very nice. There was zero pressure on any upsell, which is usually where my nightmare is. I have a 2018 so there could always be something they could try to sell. I was done within 15 minutes. If in the area or even if it's a bit of a drive I highly recommend this location. Look online for coupons on their site or Groupon.
