  My mom comes here and recommended me to come here when I needed my oil changed. The manager was really nice and explained everything to me. They were busy as it was a Saturday but it’s a really calm environment and everyone is super nice. I was able to use a coupon for a discount. I will definitely be coming back and it was a great experience!!! My type of car needed certain special filters and oil but they even ran to go get the part needed to get it done!

  It was a busy day when I was there, but the staff was efficient in planning the order of the cars. It was very nice to see the staff being proactive (checking lights, tire pressure, etc.) prior to entering the bay. Team was polite and well run by the manager.

  Great service!! Was taken right away (it was not busy at the time of my arrival) all the techs were very polite and professional. I brought my own oil filter/oil, they used that without an issue. I was in and out within 15 minutes. This was my second time having my oil changed there and both times were great experiences. Thank you!

  Last oil change I got at this location the technician incorrectly put my drain plug back in to cause a leak. I took it to a different Valvoline. They alerted me of the problem and fixed the solution for free. They also provided to make sure my car was turned on. They kept the plate off also cleaned it and made sure they installed it back correctly. For something simple as this the drain plug being put in incorrectly I will tell people stay away from here. The technicians are horrible and need to be returned. I would definitely advise anyone who got an oil change to go to another location to make sure that they did not neglect to put your drain plug in correctly. SMH legitimately their only job is to put a drain plug back in correctly. It’s not hard!

  The manager l, Antoine, (I think) was so accommodating. I forgot my coupon and he said he would honor it. Also, the last time I was there, they put on new wind shield wipers and they have been broken since. He offered to put on a brand new pair for free. He saw how the wipers were cutting into my windshield. Plus, he was training the guys with professionalism and had that place running like a well oiled machine. I go here every three months and will continue as long as it continues to be maintained this way !
