He made sure my (new) car was cleaned even after I drove 900 miles from Texas. He explained how they can move the brushes so it almost a touch free car wash! Evidently they can retract the brushes so they barely touch! Plus I can drive through 20 times if I want! Well worth the small monthly fee for a good car wash that DOES NOT scratch and the best customer service on top!!!

I was told there's no brushes to scrub that what the staff would spray on my car before running through the wash would get rid of everything a brush would do without damage... yeah, that's a no. I spent $28 to have a car with pollen spots still all over it and water spots too as it didn't completely dry my entire car. I could have gotten the same car wash at a gas station for $10, there's no way this was the Titanium or top wash offered. Why am I being hustled into providing a tip for staff that are standing there? What was even sprayed on the front of my car? I'm tempted to call my credit card company about this total lack of service that I paid for.

For $22 it didn't wash my tailgate on the truck and you have to pay extra for a towel to wipe the truck off. At Wahoo they pre soak the bugs on your front grill, they pressure wash your step bars and your get free towels to wipe and free glass cleaner. Misters carwash needs to step it up for those prices.
