Came out and there was a greasy film on the passenger windshield that only smeared when I turned the wipers on later that morning. They let me run it back through after I went up there to complain and it did help mostly and got the film off. Today I ran my son's truck through and paid for the platinum. Only 1 out of 4 tires really got any tire shine and not the first time it's happened. Don't think I'll go back because tired of being hounded to upgrade. I don't go through enough for it to benefit me but tired of the sales pitch. And then leave a tip? I just want a hassle free car wash and a clean vehicle.

It leaves my windshield grimy so that it’s hard to see and it never cleans the front of my car. Whenever I come here, I always end up driving down Highway 50 to the other Mister Car Wash in Clermont so that I can see out of my windshield again.
