  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience at Mavis this morning. Sherwin was absolutely amazing, friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. He promptly replaced my tire and made the entire process smooth and stress free. I really appreciated how quickly he got me taken care of and how attentive he was throughout. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Thank you, Sherwin, for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this Mavis location.

  Sherwin and the crew were amazing! The team worked late to help ensure the work on my car was done same day. Brakes feel smooth. Will definitely do business with them going forward for all 3 of my cars!

  I was able to make a same day appointment when I discovered my tire was flat. I was done in 3 hours also having my oil changed! Sherwin was very nice and helpful, Have been a customer here for a while and will continue to do so. Great service by great people!

  Today 12/28/2025 I went in to the Mavis Store on 50 and once again, the guys went above and beyond to pleasantly and promptly discuss with me the reason for my visit. Sherwin arranged for the manager Tony to ride along with me and assess the scary noise my car started making after slightly hitting a curb…I was very scared this was going to be a cost to repair that I could not afford just getting over the holidays but the guys helped me remain calm and positive and let me know what the possible reasons for the noises were. Upon return to the shop, Tony instructed me to the bay where he introduced me to an awesome young mechanic named Shawn. He was thorough and explained things in terms that I, a female that has no clue about cars, could understand , clearly knew his stuff and was well educated and even showed me under the car what my problem was which was great as I’m a very visual person. I stepped aside while he worked his magic and just a short time later, Shawn came out to me with a piece of metal that was causing the noise informing me that I was all set and that there was no serious issue and expense. He had said he’d try to remove the piece and he did just that. And fast!! To my surprise, the manager Tony came up and told me I was “all set”. They saw a woman in distress, didn’t try to upsell me on expensive parts, wanted me to be safe in my vehicle, did what they needed to do and didn’t even charge me for fixing what was a very scary situation since I drive a lot of highway miles each week. I guarantee this wouldn’t happen anywhere else. This is my second amazing experience with Mavis on 50 in Clermont and it won’t be my last! They went far beyond what I expected and all 3 were so calming and helpful and kind….Most of all, understanding about how stressed I was. I drove away and viola, no more scary noise and my car drives smooth with no knocking or screeching when I go above 30 mph or turn the wheel. These guys truly care and that’s a rare find. I highly highly recommend them to anyone needing car repairs, brakes, tires, etc. I’m certain that they will give u the amazing treatment they gave me and u will leave just as happy as I did. Thanks so much Shawn, Tony, and Sherwin!!!! You guys are the BEST!!!

  EXCELLENT SERVICE! I want to thank the team at Mavis for providing not only prompt service but the utmost best customer service. I traveled from Sarasota to visit my daughter and something went wrong with my car. Mavis got me in within an hour and was able to diagnose the problem and repair it. The location was very convenient near my daughter’s development and they are beautiful retail stores nearby. Thank you to the Mavis team for making me safe to travel back to Sarasota. Happy holidays.
