Brought all the requested documentation per their website and a conversation with a representative. Went to pick up the vehicle and was denied due to not having a major credit card REGARDLESS of the website providing instructions for use of a debit card and the increased deposit. When asked for exceptions or what could be rented alternatively the representative was less than helpful stating there was nothing he could do rather than even trying to help us. Absolutely WILL NOT ever rent with enterprise again, and will tell everyone not to as well.

- LLLinkTheWizardFeb 21, 20261.0This is the worst experience i have ever had we rent a car and when we were told a debit card was allowed they decided to go back on their word and told me that wasn't doable then when asked about an exception i was flat out told no then we asking about alternatives i was not given any and instead of talking to me the representative told me sorry thats all we can do and began to ask other individuals if they can put there card on file for me ( mind you this is my wedding day) the worst experience ever

I would definitely come back to that location if he still working there and rent vehicles. The gentleman was also very patient with us helping us understand everything in the truck and taking photos and making sure that we understood how the vehicle worked and how it needed to be brought back
