  The Clermont Enterprise location and staff are top notch. Reservations have always been fulfilled for the requested vehicle class and they’re always willing to attempt to a honor this one particular request I have about vehicles, which just makes sense in most scenarios. I understand they don’t have to do this for me, but they do, and I’m very grateful because it leads to a sincere peace of mind. I juggled back and forth between Clermont and Davenport branches at one point, but I would always be willing to pay a little more at the Clermont location even if Davenport is a little cheaper. Just about everyone here knows me by name and face even though I see them just once a month. The new location is immaculate. They always have vehicles available for rent or for sale. If Enterprise had in-house financing instead of third party lenders I would buy a vehicle here in a heartbeat.

  This place never answers, have asked so many times for a number where I can reach someone. Currently on the phone for an hour waiting for them to pick up, meanwhile I’m stuck on the turnpike. Funny thing I always pay full coverage and roadside, only to be told by their roadside that they do not come to the turnpike. What’s the point? I then call the clermont office (always try I don’t know why) only to be on hold for an hour. This is so frustrating, no one knows how to provide actual customer service anymore.

  What a great experience. My car was in the shop. Easy from pick up to drop off for my rental. I dont remember his name (im horrible at remember names) but the agent was amazing. I had an issue with the first car and he helped me get into a different car without any issues. Thank you for making this stressful time less stressful!

  Very bad experience. I rented cars always in this location. The staff and manager are very nice before.But the staff and managers are very rude right now. I never go back for rent cars again. I am going to the Herz company.They are very nice.

  We flew in from NY and had a reservation at MCO Enterprise for a full size SUV. Due to blizzard, our flight was delayed 4 hours. By the time we arrived, they only had a Mitsubishi Mirage left. We were grateful to have a vehicle even if our family barely fit. We were told we could come back the following day to get a larger one- nothing available the next day. The only location with vehicles was Clermont. We drove there and received the best service. They had an intense amount of customers, but did everything fluidly. Great teamwork and nobody standing around. The tall man working the front knew how to delegate and get it done. He handled customer irritability perfectly also. Valuable team over there, all of them!!!. I was grateful after the service I received at MCO (it was the Alamo desk!) we visited clermont 12/28 and MCO 12/27
