  First visit to a camping world after about 10 years. Immediately walking in the door I was happily greeted and informed of beverages and other refreshments. My salesperson was Jason Moore. Jason sat me down and we discussed what I was looking for. I informed them that I was not ready to purchase today, but would like to see a few models just to get an idea of the market these days. I asked if there was a limit to how many trailers we could look at and Jason told me we could see them all if I wanted. We looked at probably about a dozen trailers and at no point did I feel Jason was annoyed when I said “just one more.” I was incredibly happy getting to see such a wide range of RVs and that all my questions were answered. Although I remain in the market as I learn more about this lifestyle. I would not hesitate to return to Jason Moore’s desk to sign paperwork. Kudos to the team at Camping World of Clermont.

  We had a great experience with Ed and the entire team! From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with. Ed really listened to what we wanted, took his time, and made the process enjoyable with his sense of humor. We never felt rushed and truly felt taken care of. Who would’ve thought we’d walk in as customers and leave as huggers? That says it all. Highly recommend!

  Unacceptable service and broken promises – Stay away from Camping World of Clermont I purchased our first camper, a 2021 Grand Design Reflection 311BHS, from this location specifically because they were marketed as the best in the business. Per our agreement, the service department was obligated to inspect all systems and repair any defects before delivery. Unfortunately, this has been a complete nightmare. During my initial inspection after their "full service and cleaning," I discovered the black tanks had not been emptied. I also pointed out damaged wipe seals on the slide-outs to the technician and management. I was assured these issues would be addressed. A few days later, I had the trailer delivered to a campground. To my absolute disgust, the black tanks were still full of the previous owner's waste. Not only was the unit never cleaned, but I soon discovered that the second black tank is impossible to dump because the handle is rusted shut and completely seized. The seals I pointed out? Never touched. I have been in contact with Chris Alexander, Fixed Operations Director at Camping World of Clermont, but the follow-through has been non-existent. I even attempted to have this resolved at the Ocala service center, but the "professionals" there failed to even locate the second tank. They checked the front tank, claimed everything was fine, and sent me on my way. It has been over a month since the purchase. My family of six is currently forced to live without a functioning second bathroom—the very reason we chose this specific model. How can anyone trust this service department or any word that comes out of Camping World? This level of negligence is inexcusable. To be continued...

  Camping World Clermont, I have visited many Camping World locations I have to say this is the best, the sale persons Jason Moore, is truly wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable, if your looking for an RV make sure to stop in and ask for Jason.

  We had an air conditioner put in our 30 foot motorhome, and it was almost $3000. It was supposed to be under 2000. to start out, but just like when you take your car to a mechanic, there's always something else They want money for. So be careful for the add-on's
