  Dropping off is always great here! I feel like they are honest and courteous. This time though, I was called and told a price for repair, which I knew would be high, and possibly the car even non-repairable. I said to goahead and fix it. However, I was called 6 hours later to say after test driving, that my car was done. And not driveable anymore, although I did drive it to the repair shop. I was not charged for anything, which I appreciated, however it didnt take away from the fact the car was driveable when taking it in and now is not at all? just confused how that happens. I do trust them, but also am saddened by this situation. Now I have to figure out how to tow it to someolace that will take it, when I could have driven it somewhere before.

  I highly recommend this place! Their customer service is top notch and their pricing is great too. I'd definitely give them a try if you need tires or tire repairs. I needed a tire repaired and they fit me in right away and had the repair completed quickly.

  A great location is made by the great people who work there. The manager Alex is kind and always has a story to tell. Fairly priced little stuff would make me go out of my way do the big stuff with them even if I know someone who could do it cheaper. Recently I had my car at the dealer who told me I needed to replace all of my bushings for $5000. I asked Alex to take a look at them while it was on the lift and they confirmed my suspicion that the dealer was trying to upsell by fear of immediate danger. Amber the other times I’ve been there has always been helpful and kind as well. No complaints at all. Technicians are fantastic and I know I don’t have to worry when it’s handed off to them.

  I went to Tire Choice this past Sunday and Amber listened to my problem and she understood what the problem was. And, made me appointment for the next day. When I came back with my car Lex in the office handled the paperwork and when I came back my car was ready and the check engine light was cleared. I received wonderful service
