  I have a work truck so I barely drive my truck. I brought my truck in for 2 new tires. Realizing a few days after I picked up my ram, the rim cover had a piece snapped off...liked someone grabbed the edged to pull of off. It was my fault for trusting and not thinking I needed to do an inspection...but it would have nice for them to let me know they damaged the cover. I will never go back to another mavis.

  Needed 4 tires on our transit van … got there at 4 pm, an hour before closing, only to make an appointment. They took me immediately and I drove away at 4:50 with the new tires. Excellant service.

  Joe at the service desk was very helpful! Austin did a great job on my brand new brake system! I was able to be taken care of when I drove in and had an estimate within minutes. All together a great experience considering my expenses!

  I am from our of town. So I googled a tire repair shop near me when I had found a screw in my tire. I went to Mavis tire as I travel alot and knew they were reputable and had several locations. Not even aware of the costly nightmare I was about to encounter. I was told the tire had to be plugged. The service writer told me it was taking longer as my jeep tires are thick and broke a part on there machine. Ok Well the next morning I was suprise to see i only had 26 lbs. Of air in the tire. I proceed to return to mavis. as I stopped by the jeep dealer to check on a tire warranty I thought i had. But I do not. Where I was told the tire was now damaged. So as I finally arrived at mavis, I ask the service writer to come outside so I can show him and not discuss in front of his current customers. So I showed him the plug and was asking why it was like that. He said Its not where the leak is coming from that my tire was bad. We'll upon putting 46 lbs of air in ( only uses 35 ) & then spraying water on the plug it blew some major bubbles. Leak found, I ask service writer to put the wheel in back of truck and put my spare on please. After telling him I can't get the tire today. He told me I was rude and to get my vehicle out of there. Im sorry if you got offended when I told you the patch didn't hold, but to tell customers they are rude and to leave. 1st. You were rude yesterday by playing on your phone when you had customers. And I have never been talked to by an employee of any shop the way you spoke to me. I will never give mavis my business, and will tell everyone I know about my experience. Its ashamed employees can destroy a good name for some companies. Not to mention the employees dirty work. As the wheel was greasy, and keep my vehicle clean.
