  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes! I came in stressed with a flat tire and on a tight deadline trying to make it to the airport, and Alex truly went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, understanding, and moved with urgency. He made sure my tire was taken care of quickly without compromising quality, and his calm, reassuring attitude made a stressful situation so much easier. Because of Alex and the team, I made it to the airport on time, and I’m beyond grateful. It’s rare to find customer service like this efficient, compassionate, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend this location if you’re ever in need. Thank you again, Alex,you really saved the day!

  My vacation turned into a wheel nightmare for a couple of days because of multiple factors. Not only did Alex and Guy save me after hours but when the problem came back the helped me navigate the issues with patience and wisdom. Honestly am so impressed by the human and professional aspects I wish I could give these guys a six star review

  Came in on a Saturday without an appointment or calling ahead with a bad front tire - they immediately took my car back and had everything fixed in under 45 minutes. Entire staff was super nice and was very upfront about what needed to be done. Danny (I believe is his name) worked on my car and was super helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely be coming back!

  The people working at the front were nice and they get 5 stars and I had a good experience last time I came in, however this time and this particular technician is a different story… I’ve never met a more arrogant and obnoxious person in life - he refused to talk to me, then rolled his eyes at me when I asked a question and then misdiagnosed my car…took it to a reputable shop this morning who confirmed that his diagnosis was wrong, properly aligned my car and it drives like it should now. Had I not been mechanically inclined and suspicious, I would’ve spent $2200 to replace OEM parts (which are less expensive and better quality) with inferior parts the car didn’t even need…but ultimately, it’s the technician that compelled this negative review - plenty of real mechanics out there that know what they’re doing that treat people with respect and kindness…being rude and wrong is a very bad combination.

  If there was negative stars that would be my rating. We have frequented this Mavis for several years for all 3 of our cars. We have given them alot of business and referred others …NEVER AGAIN! One of our cars got an oil change, they replaced 2 TPMS monitors and rotated the tires. They didn’t tell us anything was wrong with vehicle. After pulling out of Mavis less than a quarter mile down the road, all lights on dash lit up and then the vehicle died. Had it towed to Mavis - they told us they would cover the tow and would do another diagnostic test in the morning. They did and needed to replace the battery but refused to reimburse us for the tow. We wouldn’t have had them replace the battery if we knew they weren’t going to reimburse the tow. We won’t return!
