- EDEssence DDec 24, 20241.0First I wanna start off by saying everyone is very nice but the communication is horrible. It seems like no one is on the right or same page throughout the company. Frances gave me this amazing offer that drew me into installing with them. She gave me some information on who to call to follow up with about the offer. So I do just that and I’m being told I won’t be receiving any credit and they don’t do that and never really have. The customer service department has very poor communication skills as well. I was told I had to pay a month in advance for reasons she could not explain. And for the kicker when I went to get my device installed I was told it’d be done in a hour and a half by Frances. I get to the location and it took 5 hours. Well over their usual 1-3 hour install and my steering wheel now veers off to the left. All in all I do not recommend this company for your interlock needs and if you do decide to take a chance and end up with Frances please be careful with what she tells you as everything she has given me has made this experience 100 times for stressful.
