  Amazing. After arriving the entire process took less than five minutes. Show up to lot, show reservation, employee walked to the row of cars I could pick from and told me the keys were on the car and I could go. Upon return, I was expecting an “after hours” return at 5 AM and the app said no one would be there until 6 AM. Only to pull in and meet “Jim” who was extremely friendly and prompt. This time, we were checked in, in probably about 2 minutes. Got my receipt immediately. Another flawless rental with Enterprise.

  I’ve rented from enterprise for years and never had an issue until today. I was denied a rental because I was using a debit card even with a return flight. The manager refused to even look at my flight information and told me I was unable to rent. I’ve rented with a debit card for years because I fly back to FL often due to work. I called customer service and they even stated he was wrong and the manager still refused to rent to me. I’ve never had this issue until now.

  Long lines in the middle of check in employee named Gary comes up and pulls my card out of the check in kiosk, tells me he’s going to use the machine now to check other people in, and makes me exit out check in process. Tells me I can use the kiosk on the other side as an another customer walked up and took it. In what world is that considered appropriate? Absolutely ridiculous behavior.

  As a platinum tier member who pays no less than $1800 on monthly rentals, I am highly disappointed that Kathy and her team did not meet expectations when it comes to the customer’s safety. They rather for the vehicle to break down with 5 kids in the car, while I’m on the way out of town for a few weeks, due to needing an oil change (at 12%) , than to swap the Premium SUV for another, in which, was available at the time, if not on the lot, than in overflow. They insisted I swap into an economy car. How ridiculous. I use to work enterprise and would never allow my customers to be treated in such manner.

  We rented a car from Enterprise at the Clearwater airport for a weekend trip. The vehicle itself was fine and we had no issues during the rental. The problems started after we returned the car. First, we left several personal items in the vehicle door. We reported exactly what was missing, and Enterprise told us they found items and would send them back. When we received the package, only part of our belongings were returned. Not surprisingly, the only items that came back were AirPods (which can be tracked) and a cheap pair of sunglasses. Over $1,000 worth of other items that were in the same place were never returned, and they claimed those items were not there. That is very hard to believe. Second, we were charged an additional $1,022 that Enterprise cannot explain. No one has been able to tell us what the charge is for. We had to file a dispute with our credit card company just to protect ourselves. Finally, trying to get help has been extremely frustrating. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone at this location, and calls are not returned. Email responses, when we did get them, were not helpful and did not address our concerns. Losing over $1,000 in personal belongings and being charged another $1,000 with no explanation, combined with poor customer service and lack of accountability, makes this a very disappointing experience. We will not be using this location again.
