  Had a reservation for a rental and was in ans out in no time!! Staff was very friendly and welcoming!! Definitely will continue to rent with enterprise!!

  This is not the place you go if you want to quickly get in and out. It's very small, if you're coming to drop someone off or pick someone up, there's really not many places you can park so they're all parked in this tiny little parking lot. And I had to wait until someone came out and moved their truck but then someone was coming in.. you have to see it. I feel that it was very inefficient the way they did things. However, the extra star was because staff was actually very nice. I think they were doing the best they could with what they had to work with.

  I have rented from enterprise many times but have never left a review. I feel compelled to leave one after renting from your Clearwater Beach location. The day I picked up my car there was only one employee working and I believe his name was Ray. It was extremely busy; the phone was ringing the entire time I was there and there was also a long line of customers waiting their turn. Ray was outstanding. He was extremely patient, kind, thoughtful and generous. I kept thinking to myself, “I would be losing my mind if I was this guy” but he worked hard and everyone left happy. Like I mentioned, I have never left a review before but Ray deserves a pat on the back. Good job!
