  We left out ipad in our rental car when returning it and I didn't realize until we had gone through security. I went back out of the airport, my car was already gone from the lot, but they were able to radio to the staff to check our car for the ipad. They found it quickly and brought it over to me. We are very grateful for the steps they took and they didn't act like it was any inconvenience at all!

  Everything went fine. I was just surprised when I picked up the car and was charged $107. Then when I dropped the car off, I was charged $124. It seemed like a lot of different "fees". I thought I paid for the rental with my room on Epedia.

  Fast checking and checking rental back to this location. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly and vehicle was new clean and had all the bells and whistles I could want. Daily extra insurance was expensive but Florida drivers force one to obtain it in fear of an accident and all the uninsured drivers in the state.

  It was easy to get set up. One thing was I rented when I bought my plane tickets and payed total. When I got the car I was hit with another 67 dollars of taxes which I tought was paid for, might want to add that somewhere so it's not a surprise. I had several cars to choose from which was nice. The car was clean. Maybe you might want to add another drop off car sign at that stop sign when you are supposed to turn right to get to you. The gps told me to turn left at the stop sign and I got pretty scared not finding my way. I eventually figured it out. Your staff was friendly and helpful and that is the highlight for me. Thank you !
