- JMj mart3 days ago1.0We reserved a pick up truck and I even called to confirm they had it ready for pick up and the guy I spoke with confirmed 5 times that the vehicle was on-site only to arrive and be told they did not have one available but offered a compact SUV. What an absolute joke. When at the counter we asked the guy how they can reserve a vehicle they don’t have and his response was “you can reserve any vehicle but there’s no guarantee we will have it”. How do you do business like this when you have people counting on a certain vehicle??? Never ever will I attempt to do business here again! STEER CLEAR AND GO TO AVIS WHERE THEY ARE HONEST AND DON’T DECEIVE CUSTOMERS
