- JHJohn Hislop2 days ago1.0My wife and I purchased a G Wagon about 3 weeks before- on 12/4 - the machine scrapped and scratched the spare wheel housing. When addressed Mgmnt denied it stating “the video clearly shows it was a pre existing issue” which frankly not sure what video he was looking at- They have a scripted play book for denying issues like this. To challenge the “denial” you must physically come by to view the video which during the holidays we had no time for… If you have a spare wheel housing unit BUYER BEWARE Google reviews and canceling our membership is about the only recourse we have.
