    I have visited this location several times for new tires and have never had any issues. On my most recent visit, I noticed there was an issue with a wheel stud that had stripped, and when I called back to let them know, the Manager immediately offered to make it right that day. Much appreciated and will definitely be coming back, knowing that they will work toward a resolution on issues that arise.

    I bought a set of new tires a couple weeks ago at a different Mavis location. Two weeks later and while on may way to work, the TPMS light turned on. Lovely. Anyway, I showed up to this Mavis location after work and 45 minutes before closing, praying that I was under warranty or that the screw/nail was in a spot that could be easily plugged or patched. With my paperwork in hand, I'm informed that my tires weren't under warranty-- which is kinda annoying because nobody even bothered to ask if I wanted to purchase the warranty when I initially bought the tires two weeks ago. Christian, my hero, sells the warranty to me on the spot and waives the fee for the tire repair that I badly needed. Great location and management! Thank you!

    Joe and his guys were curtious and very helpful got me in and out quicker then any other shop when I've been too especially during my tire emergency, I would definitely come back and give this location my business again. Thank you Joe !!

    I initially found this location online as I am prepared to go on a trip and I was having an issue with my tire so I decided to replace the four because I was unable to find my exact tire size and be available today at most any locations that I've looked at today. After setting the appointment and seeing that it would roughly cost me $515I figured I'd also get an oil change since I was about to go on a fairly long trip. After arriving at the store the employee made absolutely zero effort to get off his stool to at least come out and get any of the information off of my vehicle as I used to work at a service center like that years ago I know that was one of the parts of the job as a salesperson that was actually required but again with this generation being so young I don't think customer service is something that they understand nor know how to do. The sales person mentioned that since I was purchasing four tires that it may be a good idea to also get an alignment as I've only owned the car for 8 months I thought I might as well and being that it was a discounted one that they were on sale I figured why not once I was all set and was told that the price was $210 some change more than what I was initially expecting that was my first red flag and should have just left but again sometimes demand makes people not think completely rational after waiting for roughly 2 hours for the work to be completed I noticed that my vehicle had been taken out of their Bay and had been left in a parking spot for around 25 minutes I then took it upon myself to go up to the counter and ask if I could go ahead and have my vehicle since I had been out there for so long I was then billed and paid never receiving a printout of the alignment the before and after again something that I used to receive in the past and on another note the individual performing my alignment took a good 15 minutes to I guess to look on Facebook or whatever because my vehicle was over there for 15 minutes on your alignment rack before he put his phone down and began to do the alignment after getting my keys back and walking back out to my vehicle I was greeted by a window that was open and it had been raining on and off for the entire 2 hours I was there so really nice to see that my window was open and then I noticed the greasy fingerprints all over my door on my white car again customer service why would you return a vehicle in that condition when it wasn't in that condition to begin with again I'm starting to realize that I made a mistake in coming to this place to have anything done so at that point I got my vehicle and left and then glanced up and noticed that the oil change reminder for the next service due wasn't even done I have absolutely zero want to ever go there again and if anybody know ever says that they are going to go there I will make sure I tell him how poorly the service and the attitude of the employees there it's a great seeing a mechanic walking around the shop and Crocs great job people lesson learned. One last thing I do actually have to go back as since after performing my alignment my car now pulls to the left and the steering wheel is no longer straight again it wasn't like that when it was brought in it would have been nice to know what the before and after was with documentation

    Had a great experience today. The staff was straightforward, helpful, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. They replaced a tire, did an alignment, and an oil change, all in one visit, and the pricing was fair. The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and my car drives noticeably better. I appreciate the professionalism and would definitely come back
