Frances gave me this amazing offer that drew me into installing with them. She gave me some information on who to call to follow up with about the offer. So I do just that and I’m being told I won’t be receiving any credit and they don’t do that and never really have. The customer service department has very poor communication skills as well. I was told I had to pay a month in advance for reasons she could not explain. And for the kicker when I went to get my device installed I was told it’d be done in a hour and a half by Frances. I get to the location and it took 5 hours. Well over their usual 1-3 hour install and my steering wheel now veers off to the left. All in all I do not recommend this company for your interlock needs and if you do decide to take a chance and end up with Frances please be careful with what she tells you as everything she has given me has made this experience 100 times for stressful.
