The nice guy on the phone replied: "We have an open bay, there is no wait." I asked him how long an oil change would take, he said give or take 15 minutes, as we have no wait. When I pulled up less than 5 minutes later, (I live in the neighborhood around the corner.) There was a single bay open, with a line of 3 cars, and the "empty" bay was actually closed and they were only doing 1 at a time. I'm not sure why the guy on the phone felt the need to straight up lie to get me there.. I will never return to these people, and if they cant even be honest about a simple question, why would i let them work on my car? I suggest you stay far away from these people, who knows what else theyll lie about, and I'm going to make sure everybody I know stays far away from these dishonest people.
