  I came in for an oil change and courtesy inspection. After I left, there was a loud rattling noise coming from underneath the hood. I went back to the shop and the employee insisted it was a coincidence, and there was nothing that they did that would cause that noise. Well, I figured out it was the fuse box that was rattling. It had to be shifted slightly for the battery to be tested during the courtesy inspection. I put the fuse box back into place and the rattling stopped. Simple fix, no big deal. The issue was how I was talked to and treated upon my return with my concern about the noise. They refused to accept any responsibility that they could have caused the noise. One of the employees was extremely rude to me and told me I was keeping him from taking his lunch break. I did get an attitude back after the way he talked to me. I’ve been coming here for years and have three different vehicles serviced here. I will never come back again because if there ever is an issue, they will deny any responsibility.

  Goodyear, Paul the Service Manager, and the Techs Did a Great Job on My Truck Yesterday!!!!! Another Large Tire Shop Were the 3 Stooges that Screwed UP My Truck, Sold Me Defective Tires and Would Not Stand Behind them! Thank Goodness I Was Referred to This Goodyear Store and They Went Out of Their Way to Help Me Out!! My Truck and I Are Happy Again!!!

  Mike at Goodyear was such a great guy, gave me a ride when there was a communication issue on my end with a family member. Absolutely love the entire team that is here though as well, only place I’ll go when I have car troubles. 😊

  Front desk guy was incredibly nice and chipper! A great spirit and was very kind. But the manager / owner person…the opposite. Got a shady vibe from him. He had mentioned I would need new tires soon (probably about in a year) but I got the ick when he mention “did you know, I can charge you whatever I want for tires?” (I wasn’t even inquiring about the tires, I was just checking out for my service). Why would someone want to get tires from someone who changes prices on people when he feels like it? He is basically admitting he would give you a discount or rip you off. Rather just go to a place where the price for tires is as stated so there is no second guessing the honesty.
