The chip on my card died but the employees at this location claim they are no longer allowed to use the swipe feature. I only went to this location due to it being a Sunday with majority of the branches in the area being closed. I reviewed ALL of my confirmation emails and none of them mentioned anything about chip payment. I even checked within the app. You can’t call this location, only email or come in person. Yes you read that right, come in person at an airport. Just sounds like a lot of work for the customer instead of the service this company once prided themselves on. Just go next door to AVIS & Budget. Zero problems there.
