I had an issue with a charge for my rental after pickup, so I contacted the airport location. The team was amazing — they responded quickly, returned my calls and emails, and worked hard to figure out what happened. It turned out my bank made the mistake, not Enterprise. Everyone I spoke with was polite, understanding, and incredibly helpful. Great customer service from start to finish

Zero transparency when you book online via the app regarding payment information. The chip on my card died but the employees at this location claim they are no longer allowed to use the swipe feature. I only went to this location due to it being a Sunday with majority of the branches in the area being closed. I reviewed ALL of my confirmation emails and none of them mentioned anything about chip payment. I even checked within the app. You can’t call this location, only email or come in person. Yes you read that right, come in person at an airport. Just sounds like a lot of work for the customer instead of the service this company once prided themselves on. Just go next door to AVIS & Budget. Zero problems there.
