I have been to this store a few different times and always have the best experience - these guys are great!

When I told her that the car wasn't in the parking lot, she didn't hesitate and gave us the correct tools to pull the battery. We were back in 15 minutes with the old battery. She made a stressful situation as painless as possible. Thanks to her I was able to fix the problem immediately and didn't have to take time off from work the next day. Excellent customer service with a smile!
