I went in to ask to have check engine light Immediately Caitlee grabbed her equipment & with a smile on her face proceeded to take care of our car issues. Also recommended a few options if needed. FIVE STARS IS NOT ENOUGH
If my car had opposable thumbs, it would’ve high-fived Debbie and Mark and driven itself back just to hang out.
I had one of those days where nothing was going right with my car… and then I walked into AutoZone and met Debbie and Mark.
Debbie immediately greeted me with genuine warmth and actually listened to what was going on instead of rushing me through some generic answer. She was patient, knowledgeable, and explained things in a way that made sense — no condescending tone, no upselling nonsense, just real help.
Then Mark jumped in and between the two of them, it felt like I had my own personal pit crew. They double-checked parts, made sure I had the right fit, and even offered practical advice that probably saved me time and money. You can tell these two actually care about what they’re doing and about the people walking through the door.
It’s rare to find customer service that feels this authentic anymore. Debbie and Mark don’t just work at AutoZone — they elevate it. Professional, friendly, sharp, and genuinely helpful.
If every store had a Debbie and Mark, the world would run a whole lot smoother.
Give them a raise. Seriously.

The Manager Mark was so helpful when it came to choosing the correct oil for my car. He even went above and beyond on this cold day to help me put the oil in my car. Thank you , good service is hard to find now-a-days!

I cannot express how much I appreciate the staff at this location. Pulled in when my battery light had turned on and my car started running weird. Turns out my alternator and battery both gave out. Due to my cars model the battery is located in the wheel fender and requires someone to actually get under the car. I felt really bad and cried in my car because I was at a loss. Mark (store manager) saw me and came to my aid. He tried jumping the battery multiple times before telling me to come inside for some coffee while he makes a call. I get in and meet Deb and Dominic who also work at this location. Mark told Deb to call up a mechanic they knew who could come to me. Within 15 min the mechanic was here and we were able to immediately set a game plan on getting me back on the road. We were able to purchase the parts directly and the mechanic got to work. 20 min later and I’m leaving feel extremely grateful to everyone here.
Mark is also a veteran so I would also like to again say, Thank you so incredibly much for your service.
If I ever need to get parts I’ll only be coming to this location moving forward. I am now home safe because of these kindhearted people who work at this location.
It’s a good place. The employees that help me were so nice and friendly with my son.
