  Très MAUVAISE expérience. Tout était pré-payé, nous n'avions que le véhicule à récupérer à l'agence. Sur place, le manager (assez désagréable) a refusé notre permis français réclamant une traduction alors que cela n'est pas absolument pas obligatoire et que cela n'était notifié nulle part lors de la réservation. Après avoir perdu 2 heures, nous avons dû aller louer un véhicule ailleurs et bizarrement, notre permis français n'a posé aucun problème ! On nous assure en partant que nous serons remboursés sans problème puisque le véhicule n'a pas été retiré. Il aura fallu 3 relances de notre part au service clients pour l'obtenir plus de 3 semaines après. En bref, je ne recommande pas du tout. Très simple de réserver et payer, très compliqué ensuite ! et un personnel pas du tout aidant sur place, dommage.

  I rented the option for car seats. They literally drop off car seats next to your car in plastic bags. Not even handed to. Or offered any guidance. The options and quality of them are absolute garbage. There is a gap between 22lbs and 30lbs. Because apparently babies aren't able to be safe when they are between that range of weight. Also, it should be noted that no one is able to assist with installation of the boosters or car seats. I understand liability. However, it shouldn't even be an option to rent car seats at this rate with how much stress was entailed. There was a supposed qr code to access instructions. The booster didn't have that. The car seat did, but the instructions were not simple. What should have taken 10 minutes caused us not to leave for over an hour. Props to Corey who handled my fatigued, hangry, overstimulated self while my 10 month old screamed as we attempted to install it after I pleaded for a new one in the office. Corey is who assisted. And he tried everything without installing. So he is wonderful. The van was clean and comfortable and spacious. The car seat situation is appalling. It ruined my trip in the first few minutes of arriving. Get better equipment if being charged so heftily for that add on service. Absolutely unacceptable. Also, skip the convenience fee for gas if you have something that isn't a gas hog. They wanted to charge $71 so we didn't have to get gas. However, with extensive driving, we only had to fill up once and it was $48 to do so.

  Rented a premium elite suv and was given a Mercedes E350 in excellent condition. It was fun to drive such a clean and well equipped car on vacation. Pickup of the car took 3 mins and drop off was just as easy. We made sure to clean the car inside and out before turning it in. They are very good at what they do!

  On bad advice from a TSA agent, I put my key in the wrong key drop box, at PIE. Now, the key has mysteriously disappeared from a secure key box or another company has it or lost it. Requested a call back, nothing. Yes, I used the wrong key box, probably the 1st person in history to do that. And now it went from a secure box to missing. I get the $250 lost key charge. UPDATE: used that link for customer service and was told to expect a callback from PIE, the call never came. Zero stars.

  Rented from Alamo at St. Petersburg Florida Airport. Car was clean and in great shape. Employees were friendly from beginning to end. On the 3rd day they prorated our rental, as we were back early, and saved us a few bucks. Will be doing business again!!
