The guy that was working late on basically told me they couldn’t do it because their system says they weren’t authorized. Due to them having to remove my air filter and other stuff to put the battery in. That’s all B.S. Cause I have NEVER had to get all that removed to simply put my battery in my car. I took my car to auto zone right up the street and guess what? The guy put it in JUST FINE. Heck the man at the auto zone even told me this location tends to be lazy QUITE a bit. I’m not upset with the kid that was out there that was going to put it in. It was the other guy that was working with him. Lazy, and unprofessional. Consider himself lucky I didn’t drive back up there and embarrass him in front of other customers. Cause at least I know what professionalism looks like. Absolute pathetic display of worksmanship.
