  I had such a great experience at Advance Auto Parts today! Kelly was incredibly knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. Even while staying busy, she took the time to answer my questions clearly and made sure I understood exactly what I needed. Her professionalism and customer service truly stood out. It’s refreshing to walk into a place and feel confident that you’re being guided by someone who knows their stuff and actually cares about helping. Thank you, Kelly, for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy. Five stars all the way!

  First, i want to start by saying i should’ve went somewhere else. i went in yesterday because i needed a new battery for my vehicle, when you buy a new battery they replace it for free which sounded great, until the work was done. not sure what the lady’s name was who installed the battery but as she’s installing the battery proceeded to mention this was the “second battery she’s ever installed in 30 years” which threw me off but i gave it the benefit of the doubt. needless to say, battery was installed, and Eddie i believe who was super helpful came out to help her a few times and to TIGHTEN the bolts that she didn’t fully tighten, then they finished the job and i was on my way. come this morning i start my car, 10ft down the road, steering wheel locks, lights start flashing and have to turn off my vehicle. needless to say after getting the car towed and the entire hassle, was because of ONE loose screw. ONE. it wasn’t screwed on tight, wasn’t completely signaling with the fuse box so everything electronically was tripping. all in all, wanted to say “thanks” for triple checking the work, and possibly to find a better way to have experienced employees!

  So let me get straight to it. I took my 2018 Ford Focus to this location to have them put in a battery that I had bought from another one of your chain stores. The guy that was working late on basically told me they couldn’t do it because their system says they weren’t authorized. Due to them having to remove my air filter and other stuff to put the battery in. That’s all B.S. Cause I have NEVER had to get all that removed to simply put my battery in my car. I took my car to auto zone right up the street and guess what? The guy put it in JUST FINE. Heck the man at the auto zone even told me this location tends to be lazy QUITE a bit. I’m not upset with the kid that was out there that was going to put it in. It was the other guy that was working with him. Lazy, and unprofessional. Consider himself lucky I didn’t drive back up there and embarrass him in front of other customers. Cause at least I know what professionalism looks like. Absolute pathetic display of worksmanship.
