Found the Audi S3 I wanted at Clearwater Audi. We had the pleasure of working with Colin McAllister, Sales. Since we are out of state, I had a lot of questions for Colin before traveling to Clearwater. He was very gracious and patient and answered all our questions. Chris Grow, Finance, handled our paperwork and was easy to work with. We won't hesitate to visit Clearwater Audi in the future when we are ready to upgrade!

I just bought my dream Audi from clear water Audi , I found what I was looking for, it started when I sent an inquiry about the can and Colin McAllister got back to me and was very helpful and answered all my questions.
He’s even checked on me every morning to see what’s the best time to stop by and see the car .
It was pleasure doing business with you Colin , and a huge thank you to the finance manager Davy , who helped a lot to make it happen. Really recommend to check them out
Nothing but good things to say about our experience at Audi Clearwater. George Rangelov negotiated a very fair deal with us, and took the time to regularly update us on the vehicle delivery. He was super helpful in assisting with the setup and spent hours with the set up and taking us through the features and available customizations.
The transaction itself was very smooth and Chris Grow handled all of the paperwork (there must be an easier way to do this).
No hesitation at all in recommending Audi Clearwater and my wife is very happy as they have ice in the waiting area cafe.

100 out of 10 stars. I highly recommend my salesman Steve Yaeger. Buying my Audi was the simplest car purchase of my life. I have owned nine vehicles and negotiated more than 20 vehicles for family members purchases. Audi Clearwater said yes to the price i wanted to pay. Audi Clearwater gave me the best financing rates over any other dealership. Audi Clearwater did not waste my time or make me wait. I was in and out in about an hour. My Audi was perfectly detailed & ready for me as scheduled. It’s been a year since my purchase and I’ve had no issues. Customer service is A+ and the showroom / service department is comfortable & clean for any visit. Their beverages and snacks are better than other dealerships, too.

Currently on week 5 of one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with a car dealership. I preface this by saying that everyone I have spoken to in person has been very pleasant I am guessing are working hard its just as a first time Audi owner I thought I would get better service. Bought an Audi ETRON GT from another Audi and shipped it here. It didn't charge on its first charge. I took it to this Audi Clearwater and was given an enterprise Buick rental and over 2 weeks of almost no communication. I was told they were busy and would get to it. I called and it was never returned. Finally they said they had the part and I was hopeful to get it back that week. They then the next day said it would be a couple weeks from then as they were full on lifts. No updates for 2 weeks. I message them asking saying I was hopeful to get it back this week and now they said it needs another part and have no ETA. So this was 2+ weeks to even get to diagnosis and now on week 5 I have gone back to no ETA. This disregard for keeping me in the loop at all unless I beg for information and slowest turnaround time I have ever experienced. I have spoken to people about this and they are all in shock at at the time this is taking.
