  The deposit rates are ridiculous. Besides thr fact that they spring them on you at check in.

  Even though there were no cars when I went to pick up my rental the chiefland manager went above and beyond to find a vehicle for me and after many calls and some creative thinking he was able to get us exactly what we needed.

  I was unexpectedly faced with car trouble which ultimately led me to rent a car. During this very stressful situation I must say that my experience with Chiefland Enterprise was a very pleasant experience. Winston understood my dilemma and went above and beyond to give me a stress free rental experience. I appreciate Enterprise and certainly Winston!! Thank you!!

  Enterprise was perfect. The vehicle we chose was a Wagoneer and it was big enough for the whole family and roomie. We would certainly use Enterprise again.

  We are grateful for the exceptional service provided by Winston Williams. Winston was the only customer service agent at the Chiefland location; which was very busy when we picked up & dropped off the nice Nissan Versa rental. No matter how busy he was, he was professional, polite, friendly & efficient. He could teach the staff at Hertz in Gainesville many important ways to serve customers, most of all honesty and integrity. Winston is a very important asset to Enterprise Rental! Kudos to Winston!
