  I had one of the worst experiences ever at this location. I made a reservation ahead of time, showed up as scheduled, and ended up waiting nearly TWO HOURS and no one ever showed up to help. There were about 10 other customers waiting with me, all confused and frustrated. Nobody knew what was going on. Staff members who were there kept saying they didn’t know anything, offering zero solutions or communication. It felt completely disorganized and unprofessional. This wasn’t just an inconvenience it was a complete waste of time. I had a flight to catch, and after waiting that long with no help, I had no choice but to leave, make a new reservation at another location, and drive an extra 30–40 minutes just to get a car. When people make reservations, they expect basic reliability. That clearly doesn’t exist at this location. After seeing how many bad reviews this place already has, it’s obvious this is an ongoing issue. Management seriously needs to step in and fix this. Until then, I would strongly recommend avoiding this location unless you’re okay with being ignored and wasting hours of your day.

  La peor experiencia no se lo recomiendo tardan demasiado en atender al cliente y de por sí no se encuentra nadie en la oficina nunca no se lo recomiendo mejor buscar otra compañía

  They're terrible at assisting you with the proper car you reserved. Staff isn't reliable as they take their time in attending. I don't recommend this place. Your better of going to Disney to reserved and pickup your car.

  Horrible location. Set my reservation a day before. Received a confirmation number. I was told I would get a call. My reservation was set for 2pm. by 12 noon, the same day, no call. I kept calling the location all morning and no answer. I called customer service, and they assured they were open. I arrived and nobody was present. Called customer service again and they asked me to wait. I waited 15 minutes and nobody available. I ended up going to the enterprise a couple miles down at 27. They assisted me and gave me a car. I expected more from Enterprise. The Omni location is very close. It's a shame they did this. I will never reserve for that location again.

  This location says it closes at 5pm I was there at 3:40 and no one was there to help. When I called customer service they said they had no cars available that I had to wait until the next day. This is the second time I try to come to this location because that’s where my insurance sent me to get a car and both time no one was available to help. I will not recommend this location. Poor customer service
