The check-out process felt suspicious—no physical documents were provided, and the agent stated that all information would be sent by text. Upon returning the vehicle, there was no inspection or confirmation of the vehicle’s condition. I was later charged $28 for gas, even though I returned the car with the same fuel level as when I picked it up.
