  By far the worst rental experience. It started with the car itself which was absolutely filthy - covered in dirt, hair and trash. The windshield didn’t even offer a clear view. Simply unacceptable. The selection of cars at this location is so limited, they allegedly couldn’t even offer an alternative other than a downgrade to a smaller vehicle. The gas tank was supposed to be full at pickup (and returned full). However, that was not the case which seemed like a rather intentional mistake. The toll service was used and billed incorrectly which was an annoyance but at least the responsible team was available via email and the charge was subsequently corrected. When returning the vehicle, the attendant offered a refund of the value of four rental days to rectify the situation and make up for the disappointing experience. His friendliness and support were appreciated and the issue could’ve been resolved with that. Unfortunately, the refund was never issued! Now this all happened in November 2025 and since then countless attempts to contact Alamo via phone and email have remained unsuccessful. When using the live chat feature, the representative assured me my message had been escalated to management and somebody would contact me asap. That never happened of course. Over three months later, no response and no refund. I would highly suggest using a different rental service in the area as there are many competitors to choose from.
