HORRIBLE STAY AWAY FROM HERE !!! WORST SERVICE EVER !!!! I checked my app, before I went to the wash, as I am ( after this incident no longer am) a Works membership holder, I was wondering when the next billing was coming up, my app said I was green and active, billing was tomorrow, I looked at my billing the last few months it was trending 22nd the last few months , so tomorrow, it would run , I went through the plate reader like usual, it wouldn’t open, other cars went beside me it was opening, so I honked, my membership is active it’s not reading, I assumed they open the gate, I sit , I reverse I pull back up, still nothing I honk again, they open the window and tell me my payment didn’t go through so I can’t wash, I said I’m a member I looked before I came it is green and says active and it runs on the 22nd I should be able to wash today, they said well we ran it today and it declined so no, I said what ? The billing is not until tomorrow it’s been trending the 22nd, mind you they make money off me because I do not go that much , they still hollering to me through the window from three rows over, I said you know what if you’re not going to let me wash my car then cancel my membership and let me out, -now they open the gate, I pulled around, they moved the ball- i stopped and i requested for Chris the manager to call me immediately and drove away, never got a call- they would not let a member that has been with them SINCE OPENING wash their car or give me the opportunity to update my payment method, they CANCELLED my membership while I was in the line, instead of letting me have 1 wash that costs less than a $1 in chemicals but I been paying for the works since they I opened !!!!! I never did get a call from management, so rude… . So the cost of the wash which I KNOW their cost as my husband and his family build these exact washes, all over the state-and do the chemicals- it literally costs the car wash pennies on the dollar for you to wash your car each time, instead of allowing their customer that’s been with them since opening, that boycotted all local washes until this particular Tommy’s opened- I wanted to wash my car and could have updated a payment method , even though I literally was looking at it with the active on it- they had me so disgusted I had to leave and now you lost a membership, so I hope the .25 cents it would have cost you to let me wash my car 1x was worth losing my $49 monthly membership. I am DISGUSTED with your company , you want those memberships and count on people like me not coming 30 days out of the month, so you make money- you lost a monthly membership and I will go out of my way to deter anyone else from coming or continuing a membership, what a joke, a disgusting repulsive company that DOES NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS OR THEIR MEMBERSHIP!!!! shame on you and the rotten twerps you have working the window, the way you run your wash and the incompetence you hired - you’ll put yourself out of business . I have been with you since opening, I remember my husband and I even spoke with Chris the manager when it opened and said we have been waiting for it to open, you are a disgrace to the real carwash industry and I hope everyone else opens their eyes and sees this is typical corporate crap and realized their membership means nothing to this company and stops supporting it. 4/21/26 go run your cameras.
