  I had a great experience at this car wash. The staff was friendly specially Giancarlos, efficient, and paid attention to detail. My car came out looking spotless —with a noticeable shine that lasted for days.

  Customer service is amazing - car wash itself isn’t great for the price. Very short, car wasn’t even fully cleaned (it only had water spots and a few bird droppings on it). Total bummer, because it’s so close to my house. However, for the $ and quality, Mister seems to be the best option.

  Fui a Tommy’s Express Car Wash y quiero recomendar el lugar 💯 El muchacho que me atendió, Giancarlos, fue súper atento y profesional. Se tomó su tiempo y dio un excelente servicio. Definitivamente lo recomiendo, muy buena experiencia 👌🚗✨

  Absolutely horrible!!! I signed up for the top package deal and not once in the numerous times that I've been here has my truck ever been fully cleaned. I've been to a handful of car wash places that have done wonderful but I was wanting something closer to home (2 minutes away) and unfortunately after going through the wash just now I walked into the office and canceled my service. My whole truck has water spots, still dirty, the rims are disgusting etc etc etc. WORST CARWASH EVER!!! Sad to think i threw my money away the last 3 months for my truck to still be DIRTY!!!

  Giancarlos is an asset to Tommy’s Express. He approached me to asked a few questions which I thought was professional of him. Seems like the kind of employee who takes pride in his job.
