  Went with aleast a thousand of lovebugs, the cashier immediately notice and gave us another wash. Great service 👏 car is clean and lovebug free thanks for the awesome customer service.

  Great car wash, and outstanding staff. I can’t remember the last time I came to a car wash where the employees came out to ask me if I was satisfied or if there’s anything else they could do. Excellent customer service!

  I got a 3 month certificate for Christmas and the employees are very nice. My car always is very clean with little to no dried wet spots. I also enjoy the user friendly car cleaning. Tyler helped me out at the car wash today and was very polite.

  Anthony’s name comes up here a lot…and for good reason. Truly one of the most respectful and kind Customer service experiences I have had in my life. Very good service. Even gave me a free detail kit. Worth coming here just to see Anthony in Action!

  I’ve been to Tommys once or twice, the service is great unless you have the unfortunate displeasure of meeting the GM. After chatting with staff during my most recent experience, I’m shocked that the GM is still employed? Severely mistreats his staff, and is known to make female customers and staff uncomfortable. Employees wellbeing and customer care should be of upmost importance, things need to change at this location…for the better.
