  Mister car wash es muy bueno , es mi crash desde hace años y me gusta mucho, los carros salen muy limpios y casi secos , aunque en esto tienen que mejorar algo creo, quizás mi carro que es grande se le queda algo de agua pero por lo general es bastante bueno. Gracias

  This negative review is a first for me anywhere. First off, I asked for the unlimited best car wash for 1 month since I am from Michigan and would only be in Cape Coral for the month of March. What I got was a MONTHLY re-occurring bill on my credit card. When trying to reach someone to cancel this I was on hold for 15 minutes. Needless to say their customer service sucks if you are attempting to cancel it. I then emailed them. A Bot replied someone would contact me within 3 days. No response yet (Day 7) After three days I called again. On hold forever again. I then realized that they are performing predatory business practices to make it impossible to cancel. The employees at the car wash itself were very nice except for signing me up for the reoccurring monthly payments. The corporate people suck! Again predatory practices. Be warned! BBB here I come!

  I came in to get my dirty car washed with my rims pretty oiled up…I knew they were bad. I asked if I could go through twice since their “special wheel cleaner” was down, knowing even that wouldn’t do it…other car washes have offered ME this extra service before. The manager, who was not the greatest salesperson, said, “only if the rest of the car wasn’t clean, because the wheels were bad”. I knew that. I told her that. That’s why I was there. The rest of the car didn’t matter to me lol. We went back and forth so much I just handed her my card and went through. She shouldn’t work with people. Insulting, rude, disrespectful and just unkind.

  I enjoy the attitudes of the staff. I’m missing a piece from my bumper. The nice young lady called the other stores to see if I had lost it in another place.
