  Card reader was almost inoperable, fortunately I had several cards and finally it read one. Also, the dog wash water was barely warm. It did get the job done though.

  Awesome service! The young lady who is the manager.. (I forgot her name so sorry) she was so helpful and welcoming! A+ employee! The young man helping with trash is also such a hard worker! Keep it up. God bless

However, the customer service experience leaves room for improvement. The staff members on-site seemed primarily focused on soliciting tips rather than assisting customers with the digital menu interface. When I encountered difficulties navigating the machine's options, I found the personnel to be unhelpful and dismissive. While I value the quality of the automated wash, the lack of professional guidance and the premature pressure for gratuities detract from the overall experience. I hope management addresses these service gaps. Calificación: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ El proceso de limpieza automatizado en Mister Car Wash es eficiente y las máquinas cumplen con su función, brindando un acabado exterior satisfactorio. Sin embargo, la experiencia de servicio al cliente tiene puntos importantes por mejorar. El personal presente parecía estar enfocado principalmente en solicitar propinas en lugar de asistir a los clientes con la interfaz del menú digital. Cuando presenté dificultades para navegar las opciones de la máquina, encontré que los empleados no mostraron disposición para ayudar. Si bien valoro la calidad del lavado mecánico, la falta de orientación profesional y la presión prematura por gratificaciones afectan la experiencia general. Espero que la administración tome cartas en este asunto.

  Went there today around 12, I have the titanium membership. My car came out super dry and shiny!! I don’t have any water spots on my vehicle and the vacuums had great suction, the area was super clean. Also the staff here is super friendly and added onto my great experience😁. Would definitely recommend visiting this location.

  Usually I don’t like to give bad criteria of the places, I’ve been cleaning my car in this place for a while, the last time I took it to clean sadly the front of the car was full of strong scratches due to perhaps the dirty or expired brushes, this had never happened but it was like that, be very careful in carrying new cars because it can happen to you too
