I RETURNED NEXT DAY TO PICK UP MY RENTAL AT 10AM AND WAITED UNTI ALMOST 1PM BEFORE QUESTIONING WHY IS IT TAKING SO LONG FOR MY RENTAL, THEY SAID IT WAS BEING BROUGHT IN FROM ANOTHER LOCATION. RIGHT THERE I CANCELLED MY RESERVATION. VERY IN RESPONSIBLE.

Hertz has failed me SEVERAL times, the last had my wife and I COVERED IN ANTS, none Stinged us but blowing out vents and the dashboard...it was insane.... actually. Hertz said"did the car get you to your destination?" None cared about the ants. I did Hertz's mantainence dept. a favor by pouring in the vent some statically charged boric acid.. I flipped it on, none of the dust blew out so most will be down in the guts of the car, covering the insect with tiny crystals that seem to scratch the exoskeleton and that causes the bug becoming dehydrated and eventually drying out to it's demise. Uh, remember...ENTERPRISE is so much better, a to z...period.

I had confirmed my reservation with a phone call days prior. No warning, no heads up so we could save ourselves a trip. The employee had no comment other than he could put us on a waitlist for cars that come in. No apology. Even the employee looked defeated. We would have been number 20 on the wait list. Absolute joke and terrible way to start our vacation. The fact they couldn’t call us to let us know prior makes me even more upset.
