- LML M3 days ago1.0Worst. Waited 28 minutes for an oil change , which I never received. There was 1 car in front of me in the bay being worked on. Owner was not in car. Large employee tells me it will b just a few minutes Then a bay opens up and instead of letting me in, large employee let's a woman, who had just arrived, move right in. Employees took breaks to talk to girls outside for 10 minutes, stopped working on car in front of me while large employee swarmed around them talking incessantly. I had been going to this location since 2010. No more, ever. Went to 5 minute oil change just down the road which was excellent.

Tried to get me to buy a new air filter despite my car only have 5k miles on it and being less than 6 months old. Only reason I went here is because it was the only place in the area that I could find that also does tire rotations and didn’t require an appointment. Finished oil change then told I need to move to the other bay (which had a person in it), so I would need to wait until that persons oil change was done for my tires to be rotated. Tire rotation and oil change about $150 (mid-grade oil).
