  The employee BETH was awsome! She was very helpful and a very nice professional employee! Her attitude was great and her communication skills were GREAT! Thank you BETH! I recommend this Tommy's express car wash to anyone!

  Unfortunate how the quality of this car wash has decreased over time. Four months ago, I was warmly greeted and well attended to, and my car came out looking great. Because of that positive experience, I signed myself up along with four other family members. Since then, we’ve mainly been using the Kismet location, which has been just so-so. I would usually go after work around 6–7 PM, and my consistent issue was the amount of trash left all over the floor. On top of that, the young ladies inside the tunnel were often on their phones instead of focusing on customers. Two days ago, I visited the Del Prado location because I was working in Cape Coral, and the experience was even worse. I witnessed an almost-accident inside the tunnel between two cars in front of me. The young lady with dark hair showed an EXTREMELY distasteful attitude and facial expression while dealing with the customers ahead of me, and when it was my turn, I wasn’t greeted at all—no smile, no acknowledgment, nothing. These establishments should focus less on hiring low-wage, inexperienced young employees who clearly don’t understand customer service, and more on creating a warm, attentive, and professional wash experience. Because of all this, I cancelled my membership yesterday—for myself and my entire family—and we will be looking into other options. I hope they can make improvements over time maybe one day I will look back into Tommy’s.

  I wanted a one time wash. They took my card information and sent me up for a recurring payment after I asked will I be getting charged monthly and the lady told me no at the desk?

  Automatic machine tore trim strip off the top of my car. A good wash job. When I pulled up to the window, I told the gentleman that the last time I was at a “Tommy’s” on Santa Barbara, that it lifted the top trim strip on my car. He said “don’t worry, I will keep an eye out and if it looks loose I will stop the machine and fix it.” Well I paid my 26.00 and went through, about half way the black trim strip was hanging off the side of my car. He did not stop it, nor offer to help put it back on. After I replaced it, a young black man came out with “business cards” with a Q code on it and a handful of air fresheners, he said if you scan that code and leave a review we will give you an air freshener. I left the 1 line review above, pushed the button and waited, and waited. The young man showed back up, after a conversation about the trim piece he informed me that they would note my account so that they would know about it in the future, but his manager said that he could NOT give me and air freshener unless I would change my review to 5 stars. (That’s what he said, but based upon the Managers non-action earlier, I should not have expected anything different). In other words I had to lie in order to get a dumb air freshener. Sorry my integrity means more to me than that. I guess that my demographic doesn’t meet what they are looking for. I’m an old handicap guy with a 2021 Mitsubishi with only 12000 miles, that is in excellent condition because it is parked inside every night. I was told that if I paided 26.00 Today that I would get 30 days unlimited car washes. Now I wonder if that is true? The car wash seemed good, but I wonder how much damage it did to the finish of my car.. Would love to see the “notes” they left in my file. The way the young black man stated “we will put it in the “notes”” it seemed more like a treat than just information in my file.
