The monthly unlimited plan is an excellent value, and the free vacuums are a big bonus. Fast, convenient, and well worth it. Highly recommend.

- CFCoquina FrederickDec 19, 20254.0My first time trying out Tommy’s. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is absolutely amazing, great customer service. With that being said - this is why I will stay at the car wash I go to: there is no scrub bin for getting mud and bugs off, the towels are not real towels (they are 12 ply paper towels), there is no window spray (they do offer a $5 detail kit - something might be included in there for windows), the vacuums are on a timer (you have to turn the back on) and you only get free air freshener if you leave a google review. The place I go to offers all of the above (but real microfiber towels) included in the price. I did decline the free goodies for a google review. I wanted to leave a non-biased review.
