- ALAntonio L2 days ago5.0We have been having the routine and not so routine service on our vehicle(s) for 7-years at Tire Kingdom. This review is not about their maintenance/repair services. My opening sentence informs you of our complete satisfaction with that aspect. The review is to recognize one employee. His first name is, Freddy, the Manager. While seated in the customer lounge area for 90-minutes, I was able to witness first-hand how he interacted with customers and employees. Freddy is respectful, courteous, and very automotive-savvy. He listened to the customers needs and wants, proposed solutions, quoted honest cost estimates, along with honest estimates of repair times. Even an obnoxious, and loud disrespectful client was handled with the skill of a master swordsman. Freddy listened without interruption while this person "carried on". When finished all that Freddy said was, "Sir, do you still want us to service your car?" BAM! Masterful! No responding to the rhetoric or, insults. Just one simple question, "Sir, do you still want us to service your car?" ... When my turn came to pay my bill and leave, I was shown in detail the service repairs performed, the complete price breakdown, and the total I owed. Exactly how a customer wants to be handled. No nickel-diming. No up selling. Simply doing what I asked to be done. One last thing, and this is more for the "Corporate-Suits": I witnessed Freddy constantly running from the Front desk reception area to the shop and back. Constantly. And not just for greeting or, closing out clients. But for running back to answer the darn telephone. And it happened a lot. How about providing your Managers with a hands free device where they're able to answer the phone from anywhere in the facility! ... Do I need to explain how cost efficient that would be? Folks, if you read this far, I commend you. You will not be disappointed by dealing with Freddy. He is HONEST, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable.

He helped me get all around 4 brand new high quality tires for my Mercedes as well as a wheel alignment , valve stems, and a wheel balance for an unbeatable price. If you need any tire services with your car Malvin is the man.
