I got dropped off at the shop at 1:05pm to pick my car up only to be told my car was STILL not done. They just started working on it. I was not happy but asked how much longer it was going to be. I was told 20-25 minutes. Well that was also not true, it took them another hour. It was absolutely pointless to 1. make and appointment, 2. Drop my car off, because I STILL had to wait.

I took my Jeep Wrangler there to have some parts replaced, and the result was that none of the mechanics there knew how to do the job. On top of that, they left all the parts loose. I don't know how I didn't have an accident. They kept my car there for a whole week. They are incredibly disrespectful.

Mike kept me informed and offered options on the extent of the tune up I needed. His follow-through was excellent, as was the information given by the mechanic. I will use this Tire Choice location again, and I will suggest them to others. Great customer service and my car runs better than ever.
