This morning I was a bit disappointed with my experience at this location. I went in at 5:30am and there were no hash browns to complete my $4 meal. I asked if any were coming out anytime soon and was told not till “later”. So I still went ahead with my purchase of the breakfast sandwich and the coffee, and when the total came up it was $5.84 and when I asked if the associate could ring it up as the $4 meal, the associate stated no that’s not how it works you have to buy something else, etc. but then recanted and said well actually the hash browns but there are none obviously. Dumbfounded, I asked when will they be making some hashbrowns and was told maybe around 6AM or 7 AM depending on traffic coming into the store. Now mind you, I’ve gone to several other locations and they’ve also been out of hashbrowns and immediately started making some upon request that they were out and I needed it for the four dollar meal which of course only takes about 10 minutes or 15 minutes and I gladly wait. I was not given that option today. Extremely disappointed and I paid more for less. What type of remedy is available in this type of situation?
