Pulled up to pay for a wash when I was bombarded by who I think were management and I asked how much their cheapest wash was and the girl with brunette hair told me if I left her a good review she would give me a free car wash. It seems like this isn’t the first time this has happened. Based on this experience I can only assume that’s where they have all these great reviews from. The wash left my car dirty I even went through twice. Tire shine only hit one side of my car and splattered the rest on my paint. Then when I went to vacuum the manager started pushing the “good review” on me too! Even if I got a free wash I would not come back again. Just weird desperate vibes. These “good” reviews are fake. I’m sure of it. I’ll go to another express wash instead and skip the harassment.
