I've been coming here for months and am always disappointed as one bay likely is out, and the clips for the dogs are rusted. This is poor management, as it's a continual problem, but where else can one go? I hope someday it will be fixed, but it hasn't been to date. Do better, Mr. Carwash!!

She figured out the problem was beautifully polite.So helpful and Bella followed me through the car.Wash to ensure that every aspect of my platinum membership was turned on and I was receiving the service that I was paying for now if that's not friendly customer service I do not know what is.. It is so refreshing to see youth like that.Going out Out of their way to show customer service kindness , compassion and professionalism , I will frequent that particular mystical wash more frequently.. They also have free vacuum stations which allow an individual to vacuum the car whenever they want at no additional charge. I have always been happy with the service that I have received from this business.
