Before paying $50, the employee showed me on a tablet what was included, and it clearly listed interior cleaning. However, when my car was delivered back to me, the doors, cup holders, drive handle, and handbrake leather cover were still dirty exactly as before. When I approached the manager, Ostin, he explained that the “interior cleaning” only covers windows and vacuuming, which is not what was shown to me at the time of purchase. The employee who started cleaning my car seemed to only swipe surfaces quickly with a cloth, without any real effort to clean properly. This feels misleading what they advertise and what they actually deliver are two very different things. I even gave a $10 tip before the service because they asked for it upfront, but after seeing the results, I regret it. If I had tipped based on their performance, they wouldn’t have earned any. Overall, I am highly disappointed with the service quality, the misleading advertising, and the way customers are treated. I do not recommend paying $40–$50 for a service that does not deliver what’s promised.
