  Terrible job on a simple oil change, they forgot to put a significant piece back into my Boyfriends car (BMW) which caused it to have all type of malfunctions. We went back to tell them they did something wrong or at least check if anything went wrong. Shawn ( from the front desk ) and Mike (the mechanic) claim, it was nothing wrong after checking Shawn left us hanging and we left with the same issues. The next day my man changed his oil his self including the oil filter and that’s when we realized a piece in the filter cap for the oil was missing why it started telling us oil pressure low and battery is discharged, telling us to stop the car immediately cause it could damage the engine . Also it wasn’t measuring the oil level correctly it always stopped at %15. He has a BMW 328i. We got it fixed now because we went back two days later and a man name Carlos helped us out and got the piece back after we showed him footage we took when my boyfriend redid his oil change with a better and thicker oil as well. Carlos accommodated us with ordered the missing pieces on the cap for the filter and put it in, then the car was working back properly. So thank you Carlos, you were a big help! Even Mike keep saying my oil filter center piece was missing prior service even though I have footage of me last touching it last September of 2025 .

  Great guys work here. In and out 45 min for my tire patch. No apt needed. One of the mechanics came out with fresh guava banana bread his wife made and he gave me some to try. lol the banana bread was 10/10 and so was the service LOL

  We are visiting Cape Coral from out of state. We took our 2025 Suburban in for an oil change on 1/27/2025, before heading 3,200 miles home. Our technician Shawn, suggested we should also have our tires rotated. While Shawn had our vehicle on the lift rotating tires, he noticed a leak on the transfer case. Had Shawn not paid attention to detail, we probably would have had trouble on the road going home. We so appreciate the great service and attention to detail. Thank you Shawn.

  What a great place!Had left a drive in oil place after they had me drive in then sat for 20 minutes.Drove by Goodyear saw a banner on shop for 70$ synthetic oil change.Went inside was cheerfully greeted by Mike and his associate.Took my vehicle right in did oil change rotated 4 tires ( included in price)and found 2 nails in my tire.Which was promptly repaired at a reasonable cost.Angel took great care with my car and fixed tire too!I usually do the drive in sit in car place.But no longer will.The shop is clean even the restroom.Waiting area was comfortable and tidy.This is my new oil change place due to competitive pricing and friendly staff.Even without special price on oil change place is still Less than other providers.If you need a synthetic oil change Go Now get the deal . Should mention that I was shown the nails in my tire and I watched while they were removed.Finally found a garage I trust. Obviously highly recommended 😃
