  Over the weekend, I had to travel 65 miles one way to Cape Coral from Bradenton, to pick up a 26' truck for my moving business. It was a last minute job and neither Sarasota nor Port Charlotte had a truck as they were all sold out. The manager at Port Charlotte, Logan, put me in contact with Anthony at Cape Coral on Friday for a Saturday morning pick up. Anthony was the "3 P's" I come to expect from Enterprise Truck Rental... Polite, Prompt, Professional. He understood my situation and took great care of me. While going down to Cape Coral isn't always ideal, he made me feel like a valued customer. This is why I am proud to have a corporate account with Enterprise. I will take their service everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. Anthony was a real life saver and I appreciate all that he and Logan did for us!!!

  My husband was t boned and my business relies on a truck. I had 2 events scheduled and I paid up front for a truck in Lehigh days prior to picking it up. Lehigh didn't have the truck when we arrived even though I had pre-paid for it and checked in a day prior. Lehigh branch wouldn't even call other locations to find one for us (even with the money taken out!). With less than 2 hours needing a truck, this place was AMAZING! First, EVERY employee we had to deal with at this Cape Coral branch was so NICE and helpful! The person who answered the phone to person who got us in the truck and the person who checked us out. They were fast and efficient! They even were kind enough to give us the same price I paid in Lehigh for a bigger truck to help us out on the time crunch. 💯 I will be back and will only use this branch from now on! Thank you again for everything! I will be telling everyone to go to this branch from now on! Carolyn and Steve

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Truck Rental. I received a courtesy call when another location may not have had the truck returned in time and they set me up at this location. I can not say enough good things about Kennedy and her customer service. She was a delight and very efficient and was able to get me on my way quickly which I appreciated with my long drive for the day. She called after the return to see how my experience was. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

  I rented a diesel pickup to tow the new boat I had purchased. Yes, the truck worked perfectly and got the job done. But, a truck is a truck. The people at enterprise were a pleasure to work with. they were kind, accommodating, and made the experience a great one.

  Absolutely incredible experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Truck! I had been using U-Haul, but after this, I’m never going back. The customer service and hospitality at Enterprise were unmatched they truly went above and beyond to help me. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly personal. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I can’t recommend them enough! I rented a 26’ truck with a lift gate. And 2 16’ trucks. They were clean and very well maintained! They made my move so much easier! Thank you so much! I will be back soon!
