  I was extremely pleased with the help I got from the agent in Cape Coral. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was impressed. He went out of the way to be kind.

  I was not Impressed by the staff or the way the sympathy the way they treated the customers. One customer made a reservation on Sunday for a pickup on Monday and they didnt have the car. So he waited again Tuesday. Still nothing. Now on Wednesday still nothing. That was with another customer not me. My complaint is totally different. I called at 8:03 driving to them to talk to an employee to make sure they have a vehicle ready for me. After being on hold for 20 mins i walk into the facility to see 2 people standing around and the phone just ringing constantly when i arrived. As soon as i walk in though, one guy asked if he could help me. The phone isnt a priority i guess but a person being there is. I walk over to his computer, which had tons of paperwork, Dunkin wrappers, a fidget spinner and a tek dek (finger skateboard). Very organized (place sarcasm here) He decided to help while eating his donut holes. Like really dude. I was happy when i left. This place is very unprofessional and doesnt care about their customers needs. I would recommend going somewhere else.

  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Cape Coral location (331 NE Pine Island Rd). I made a reservation on Sunday, February 15, to pick up a vehicle on Tuesday, February 17. On Tuesday morning, I received a call informing me that the specific vehicle I reserved wouldn't be available until late afternoon. This was unacceptable since I needed the car for a business day trip. I had to reschedule for the following morning, and they confirmed that the vehicle would be ready for me. However, when I arrived the next day, I was shocked to find out that they still didn't have the car I reserved. Instead, I had to settle for a smaller vehicle that wasn't even ready when I got there. I was left sitting around, wasting valuable time, and feeling incredibly frustrated. I asked for some form of compensation for the inconvenience, but their response was dismissive—essentially telling me, "it is what it is." This lack of customer service and accountability is unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location and cannot recommend Enterprise Rent-A-Car based on this experience.

  I had a great experience with Pine Island Enterprise. The process was quick and easy, and the car was clean and ready to go. From check-in to return, everything was efficient and stress-free. Chris was especially helpful—friendly, professional, and made everything smooth from start to finish. I really appreciated the great customer service. Would definitely rent here again and recommend this location to others!
