    I recently rented a car at this location. The second day I noticed a sound Something dragging….was the skid plate, plastic. I called them as it seemed unsafe to drive, we ended up getting another vehicle. After returning home I was informed that I was charged for damages!! This car looked rough when I picked it up, had large scratches on the back bumper. My credit card card company covered most of it, but I am still left to pay over $400 Usd that they didn’t cover. Diminishment of Value??!!! $125.34!!! Was one of the bogus charges. This car was a junker when I rented it. Stone chips on the front bumper, large scratches on the back! Wouldn’t a paint job and body work to the front bumper cover raise the value of the car? I was totally shocked that they are charging me for this damage I did not do. I will be getting my credit card company to dispute this. I tried going to the website link you gave everyone, you can’t link up to a real person. Someone please contact me to resolve this.

    Reserved a luxury car from this location and I get a call the same day I am supposed to pick up my vehicle saying that they will only have a compact car for me. This is ridiculous and the rep said sorry but this is high season. What is the point of reserving a car that the location had available but doesn't have. The definition of bait and switch.....

    Do not rent from any Enterprise location in Florida. We were on app as a member in Cape Coral. Got to location and they said all cars are unavailable even though we had a reservation booked. The app, website and all third party sites are allowing reservations however when you get to location the will turn you away. Multiple people just sitting inside location and stranded trying to figure a way to get back. They won’t help with any transport costs to get back. Terrible customer service. Branch manager on 1516 Del Prado also said we can try and make something work if it becomes available like we are going to sit and wait. I called him out on that and then he looked at me mortified. I said be honest and don’t try and say that just say you don’t have a reservation. Don’t get more hopes up by saying we might be able to get you a car when you don’t have one for a confirmed reservation. I suggest no one uses enterprise for a rental company. Terrible service and they should remove reservations from being booked on site.

    I was present during an incident that occurred on February 6, 2026, and witnessed the interaction firsthand. Erika Huston, the branch manager, refused service to a U.S. resident with a valid driver license of a Middle Eastern appearance who was attempting to rent a vehicle. The front desk employee was already in the process of completing the rental when Erica Huston intervened from behind the counter, despite not being directly involved in the transaction. She opposed the rental based on assumptions rather than any stated company policy. I witnessed the another individual being treated in a harsh, humiliating, and racially biased manner by Erika Huston. Watching this was extremely difficult and genuinely ruined the rest of my day. It was upsetting to see someone treated with such disrespect. From what I observed, her conduct appeared racially motivated and discriminatory, and the situation escalated unnecessarily without any legitimate business justification. It is sad that people still act this way. It was not respectful, and I truly feel for the person who was affected. I will not return to this location and will make sure the local community is aware of how customers are treated here.

    I am a U.S. citizen with a valid U.S. driver’s license and was denied service at this Enterprise location by Erika Huston, Branch Manager. The refusal was based solely on speculation — not on any policy violation. I was explicitly told that she believed I might allow another person to drive the vehicle, despite my clear statement that this would not happen and that I fully understand Enterprise’s policies. In my opinion, this decision reflected clear racial bias. Given my Middle Eastern appearance, I believe I was judged on assumptions rather than facts. Denying service based on what someone might do — instead of what they are legally entitled to do — is unacceptable. I explained that this is like going into Target to buy a knife and being refused because “you might stab someone.” That kind of logic is unreasonable and discriminatory. This was an unprofessional and deeply troubling experience. I would not recommend this branch. UPDATE: I would also like to add that shortly after this incident, we went to another Enterprise branch nearby, where I was professionally and courteously rented a vehicle without any issue. That branch had no problem following company policy, and they even added my friend with a foreign driver’s license as an additional driver, in full compliance with their procedures. This clearly demonstrates that the refusal at the first location was not based on company policy, but rather on the personal judgment of the branch manager. You can judge for yourselves. There is no place for this kind of conduct in America.
